2009-12-16 High value order for an innovative Biotechnology Project in Leuna As the result of the Europe wide tender related to the project Chemical Biotechnology Process Centre in Leuna, Saxony-Anhalt the engineering and contracting company Linde-KCA-Dresden GmbH has been awarded the contract to act as general contractor for planning, supply and installation of all technical facilities. 2009-09-10 Successful Handover of Polyethylene plant to our customer in Saudi Arabia On 8th September 2009, the HDPE plant in Al-Jubail/Saudi Arabia was successfully handed over to our customer Eastern Petrochemical Company (SHARQ). The test run of the plant was started simultaneously. Only 80 minutes into trial operations, stable production of the 4PE plant reactor was achieved. The 3PE reactor will be started-up soon. The SHARQ management has expressed its full satisfaction with the successful handover of the plant and the exceptionally smooth test run. >>>more

2009-08-20 Inauguration of Germany’s first CO2 scrubbing plant 18.08.2009 the go-ahead was given for carrying out the trial run of the pilot scrubbing plant for power plant flue gases based on the Post-Combustion Capture Technology.
